This is the area of my site where I will play around. As time goes by, I will add interesting new tools, toys, experiments and fun stuff. I like to noodle around with code when I have the time, and this is where I will showcase my efforts!

This slide show integrates slides from slide.com, a great way to share pictures

This slide show is a sample from slide.com. It is a rich media approach to sharing pictures and I find it esthetically and functionally well designed. I particularly like that they allow you to embed slide shows directly into your own web site.

An avatar to play with

Messing around with silly 3D avatars

I know, I know... it's silly. You have to admit that it is funny though! I set up this avatar on gizmo.com. Super easy and fun too. Avatars are still in their infancy and don't have much usefulness beyond making your online presence kinda funky. They will however become MUCH more important in the next few years as they take on more and more virtual roles such as answering machines, personal agents, stand-in proxies for online interactions and so forth...
